January 12, 2021

If you are a first-time applicant for DACA, you will need to fill out two different forms that will need to be submitted to USCIS. You will also be required to set up and attend a biometrics appointment to have your photograph and fingerprints taken, along with your signature. When you apply for DACA, you will need to include a significant amount of supporting documentation that is meant to prove things like your identity, your continued residence, and proof of your initial entry. You will also have to prove your status as a student or military veteran, along with other important information. The DACA application process and the required supporting documentation needed in preparing a successful application is discussed in this chapter.
