Educated at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School in Detroit, Michigan, Edward went on to the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in History. He then studied law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Today, he is a top Detroit defense and immigration attorney—and he has built You Are Home to provide much-needed assistance with the U.S. citizenship application process.

An attorney experienced with immigration matters in and out of the courtroom, Attorney Lauren Samona earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Oakland University, then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School. During her law school years, Lauren provided legal representation to Wayne County’s indigent population with elder and family law matters at a Free Legal Aid Clinic. Today, at You Are Home, Lauren is an expert in successfully assisting clients with their citizenship applications, as well as obtaining their green cards.
