DACA Guide Chapter 8 Summary: What is DACA Form I-821D?
DACA Form I-821D is the main DACA Application form that must be submitted to USCIS for consideration for DACA status. A Form I-821D must be filed in the case of both an initial DACA application and/or for a DACA renewal. Only specific individuals are eligible to file a Form I-821D and the form contains eight separate parts that must be addressed when preparing the form. A Form I-821D will ask for personal information including your residence, information about your arrival to the United States, and a statement relating to any criminal history.
