Important note: You must have a prior appointment with USCIS to be allowed to enter any USCIS Field Office. If you have an appointment, then you can only enter the building when there is a maximum of 15 minutes until your appointment. If you are scheduled for a naturalization ceremony, then you are allowed to enter the USCIS office when there is a maximum of 30 minutes until your appointment.
